Overview
Product Overview
bd maps vercel app is a browser-based travel companion published as Unseen Bangladesh. It combines a personal Bangladesh map, a district destination guide, and a trip-planning workspace. The map covers all 64 districts in 8 divisions and shows the number selected.
What You Can Do
- Search and select districts from the grouped list or map, then switch among five themes.
- Add a name, optional photo, and district labels before exporting a PNG, JPG, or PDF map.
- Read 244 guide entries across 64 districts, including notes about getting there, food, approximate cost, and accommodation.
- Plan a route by choosing a starting district, destinations, order, trip days, budget, travellers, comfort level, and return preference. The planner includes a print/PDF action.
A Typical Workflow
- Mark the districts already visited and style the map.
- Export it, then use guide entries to shortlist future destinations.
- Put the chosen districts into the planner and adjust the route inputs.
Access and Privacy
The public site needs no account or sign-up. Its privacy policy says map choices, names, photos, themes, labels, and trip settings remain in the browser; photos and downloaded maps are processed on the device. No paid plan is published, so the product is listed as free. Optional quiz share links, leaderboards, and district-count ranking are documented separately.
