Product Overview
IP, PLEASE is a browser-based pixel-art checkpoint game built around short inspection shifts. The official page frames the player as Claude, an East Asia timezone inspector who must identify travelers pretending to be American. The game presents a bilingual Chinese-English booth, a road and waiting area, and a daily date and time display.
Gameplay Loop
- Start the shift from the title screen, then use the booth control to call the next traveler.
- Inspect the visitor portrait and dialogue before moving the document from the booth onto the desk.
- Read the document's IP address and location line; one observed case displayed 115.235.20.8 and China · Zhejiang · Telecom.
- Open the Rulebook to compare the case with the current entry rules, including allowed countries and restricted regions.
- Pull out the decision stamp and complete the case. The on-screen guidance also points to double-checking documents or finding inconsistencies in what a traveler says.
Screen Evidence
The playable scene includes a waiting queue, checkpoint gate, booth window, clock, sound toggle, fullscreen control, document card, Rulebook panel and decision controls. The rulebook observed on the first day listed the United States, Japan, Germany and Canada as supported, while several China regions were marked unsupported; the rules are presented as in-game content and may change by shift.
Access and Pricing
The game runs at ip-please.github.io in a desktop web browser. The checked public page does not publish a price or paid plan, so it is listed as free without claiming unlimited access.
